Our take on the vanilla sponge; a comforting old favourite. A charming sponge served with vanilla frosting and home-made seasonal jam. Decorated with petals or matching fruit.

Tiramisu

Our take on the rich Italian classic, which appropriately translates to ‘pick-me-up’: Chocolate-chip sponge, soaked in Hard Lines coffee, sherry, and rum, served with layers of coffee-mascarpone frosting, and sprinkled with decadent, extra brut cocoa.

Seasonal Roots & Ginger

Moist, delicious, and starring seasonal roots, there are various options available in this cake. Our beetroot sponge comes with rich chocolate ganache or fluffy cream-cheese frosting. You can also have the cream-cheese frosting on our carrot cake, featuring tea-soaked prunes, or on our courgette cake, featuring dried apricot.
